A
horizontal diagram, three orthogonal bodies and a system of interior and
exterior corridors compose the design of a hotel that contains 120 rooms in a
variety of plans and options.
The
hotel, of great importance for its social interaction within the center, has
been designed from specially proposed graphic formats applied to its façade
in accordance to the tropical climate of
Miami
. The hotel will service the city visitor, the business traveler and will
support the multiple social and work activities of the center. Each space of
the hotel is designed considering its relation with the surroundings,
providing free access of light and the use of atypical convertible spaces.
These spaces are related to each other through walking corridors.
